Tiffany Dover is the nurse who was among the first people to get the vaccine in December, 2020, and fainted live on air. She soon recovered and said she has a condition that makes her faint after feeling pain. But she thereafter disappeared from social media and gave no further interviews. This led to speculation that she had died.
A podcast series under the ironic title "Tiffany Dover is dead" recently examined what it calls the "conspiracy theorists" promoting the idea Tiffany had died.
About 37 minutes into the 2nd segment of the podcast a family member comes out of Tiffany’s house and says Tiffany can’t talk about the vaccine because of a non-disclosure agreement with the hospital:

What’s odd about that is a few minutes before in the podcast while interviewing the hospitals PR person Karen Long, the reporters asked Long if the hospital asked Tiffany not to talk about it and she said she was not aware of any such request.
I’ll give Ms. Long the benefit of the doubt and assume she didn’t know about the NDA. But the hospital all this time has been acting like Tiffany chose not to talk about it when in actuality they themselves were preventing her from talking about it by an NDA. That smacks of a cover-up. The hospital needs to answer the question, why did you impose an NDA on Tiffany while keeping it secret? Did Tiffany suffer some kind of injury from the vaccine and that’s why you didn’t want her to talk about it?
Other in-laws mention an NDA in episode 5:

The controversy from Tiffany fainting on air after the shot leading to the speculation of her death led the hospital to put out a video purporting to show Tiffany alive:
This actually led to more controversy since Tiffany was masked and didn't speak, and furthermore she seemed quite a bit heavier than she did just a few days earlier. The poster of this video claimed the hospital used a fake Tiffany. I don't think the hospital would go that far. But it is notable Tiffany seemed to have small body tremors.
This raises then another issue: could these tremors be an indication of a vaccine injury? That would explain why the hospital would want to put a non-disclosure agreement on her and then lie about it. Just recently a report was released that the vaccine can cause neurological injury
Neuropathic symptoms with SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. Then if it is the case Tiffany suffered neurological damage from the vaccine and the hospital attempted to hide it, that raises a serious question: if later people suffered neurological injury from the vaccine could the hospital be liable for damages for hiding Tiffany's injuries from the public?
I'm not a lawyer, but I think this would be sufficient justification for the hospital and Tiffany to be served with papers from people who suffered neurological damage from the vaccine to determine if Tiffany did suffer neurological damage at this earliest time of the vaccine rollout.

They’d have to kill my to keep me from talking. And those look like major body tremors. Definite neurological injuries.
